This directory contains metadata and configuration information related to

Chisel. This information is kept separate from the `.github/` directory to
|
|
enable automatic updating of metadata and configuration information by GitHub
|
|
Actions which, by default, cannot update the `.github/` directory without
|
|
elevated permissions.
